Peter Svenzon
PETER SVENZON – Composer, choreographer, director and AD of AOS. Peter has also created dance works for institutions all over Europe. His work has been shown by Gothenburg Opera dance company, Ballet Chemnitz, Norrdans, Dansens Hus among others. He also works as a movement director for theatre, working alongside such directors as Lars Noren, Vibeke Bjelke and others. As a composer Peter also creates music for theatre productions, artists and for film. 2016 Peter received a Master in directing at Stockholms dramatiska högskola. He recently directed and choreographed, composed music for AOS short film RUM 444. The film has received over 40 award wins from international filmfestivals and was showed at Cannes International film week 2024.
Ulriqa Fernqvist
ULRIQA FERNQVIST – Dancer, singer and actor, trained at the Ballet Academy in Stockholm and completed additional acting training at Stockholms Dramatiska högskola
Ulriqa has worked closely with Peter Svenzon and Art of Spectra since 1999 with a large number of productions and international tours. She has also freelanced nationally and internationally for choreographers such as Anouk van Dijk, Jo Strömgren, Björn Elison, Dorte Olesen, etc. In 2018 she worked at the Dramaten in the production SAFE by Falk Richter and then at the Münchner Kammerspiele, again with Falk Richter in the play TOUCH.
She has also worked in productions at the Gothenburg Opera, the Royal Opera house in London, etc. Ulriqa has appeared in films by Mats Hjelm, Lina Mannheimer, Tomas Stark, Peter Svenzon etc. She also has a music project under the name Uma E.
Joakim Envik Karlsson
Dancer and visual artist and a member of AOS since 2012 Joakim works closely with Peter in the creation of visuals and video work for AOS. Joakim has worked in Göteborgsoperans sesson based company “Nudans” and in Smålands musik och teaters “Young Fuse Dance Company” and freelanced for choreographers such as Olof Persson and Gun Lund. Joakim is a part of the visual team for Art Of Spectra.
Staffan Svensson
Trumpet player and close collaborator with Peter throughout the years. Since last three decades frequently seen at the European stages for jazz and improvised music. In acoustic as well as in electro-acoustic groups and in interaction with contemporary classical music, choir music & modern dance. Anders Jormin, Bobo Stenson, Palle Danielsson, Jon Balke, Jon Cristensen, etc. is among the prominent musicians he has worked with. The result by now is more than 60 record releases.
Robert Jadenfeldt
Light designer in Art of Spectra, began his career at The National Theatre in Sweden (Riksteatern), where he worked with various forms of art and also toured with Circus Cirkör worldwide. He has been one of the key persons for many years at Vara Concert house and also work with both light and sound for TV. Robert began working with the Art of Spectra 2013 when the company was Artist in Residency at Vara Concert house. As light designer, Robert has created light for the last 3 works of Art of Spectra; I Remember – 2014, Fragment 2014-15 and Who are u 2017. At the moment, he is working at among other places, Göteborgs Symfoniker, Linnea teatern in Växjö and Stora Teatern in Gothenburg.

Ulrika Josefsson
has worked in the performing arts field since the mid-80s, with the assignment of head of the Riksteatern’s artistic department Riks Drama, with Lars Norén as artistic director and as CEO and artistic director of the Folkeatern in Gothenburg. Ulrika runs Jupither Josephsson Theater Company in conjunction with Sofia Jupither

Ulriqa Fernqvist
ULRIQA FERNQVIST – dancer, singer, and partner in AOS. Ulriqa has been working closely alongside Peter since 1999. Ulriqa and Peter were honoured with the prestigious STENA A OLSSON Foundation award in -13 for their work with AOS. Ulriqa has also been freelancing as dancer since -95, also internationally, with choreographers such as Jo Strömgren, Björn Elison, Dorte Olessen, Fin Walker and more. Ulriqa has recently graduated from the supplementary theatreeducation at Stockholm University of the Arts. In 2018, she also works at Dramaten in the production SAFE by Falk Richter.
Harlan Rust
Harlan Rust started performing after graduating London Contemporary Dance School where he had the pleasure of working under Richard Alston, Jeannie Steele, Jorge Crecis, Sasha Roubicek, Jovair Longo and Rick Nodine. Since then he had worked predominantley in Europe and Asia both performing with companies including Norrdans, James Wilton Dance co. Jose Besprosvany and Heather Walrond Dance. As well as performing Harlan is and active teacher in both dance and choreography, teaching workshops and intensives inbetween his performance schedule. Harlan joined Art of Spectra in spring 2019 for the creation of TENSION.
David Lagerqvist
Dancer of AOS. David has danced with companies such as Ballet Du Grand Theatre De Geneve and Royal Swedish Ballet, and guest danced with Danish Dance Theatre, Acosta Danza and Zhukov Dance Theatre. Davids career spans between company work and freelance work and he has performed works by choreographers such as Alexander Ekman, Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui, Pontus Lidberg, Benjamin Millepied, Andonis Foniadakis, Ken Ossola, Joelle Bouvier, Jeroen Verbruggen and Peter Svenzon to mention a few. David also has experience as an actor and has appeared in feature films, short films and a play for stage by Falk Richter.
